Seeking Remote Work: An AI Product Manager’s Quest for Work-Life Balance

With three years of experience in Beijing’s internet industry, I’ve progressed from a data analyst to an AI Product Manager, boasting solid professional capabilities. However, the demanding hours and extensive commute at my current role have led to significant exhaustion, leaving me with virtually no personal life outside of work.

My ideal work scenario is straightforward: efficiently complete my tasks, then have ample personal time, perhaps an hour or two for badminton in the evenings, or to pursue other interests. Having experienced both large and small companies, I’ve consistently found it challenging to achieve genuine Work-Life Balance (WLB). This has led me to actively explore remote work opportunities.

I’m earnestly reaching out to experienced professionals and mentors: could you recommend reliable remote work platforms, recruitment channels, or companies known for fostering a healthy work-life balance and a positive culture? My goal is to find a role where I can leverage my expertise while also having sufficient time for personal pursuits. And, as a bonus, I’d love to connect with both new colleagues and fellow badminton enthusiasts!
