He achieved this impressive feat at both the Semana Santa Open in Alicante and the Menorca Open, where he shared the top spot in the standings.
The 17-year-old prodigy maintained an undefeated streak throughout both competitions. This remarkable performance not only earned him significant recognition but also resulted in a substantial gain of 15.3 rating points. Consequently, Mishra’s recent successes have propelled him to the sixth position in the live ratings among junior chess players worldwide.
