Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has called Armenia a state war criminal. This was reported by the resource Minval in Telegram.

According to Aliyev, Yerevan had threatened Baku, including before the 2020 armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Azerbaijani leader also claimed that Armenia allegedly intended to strike the city of Mingachevir with the aim of destroying its dams and power plants.

Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan commented on the Zangezur corridor issue for Azerbaijan. The politician declared that the transport corridor would not be established. Instead, Yerevan is proposing its `Crossroads of Peace` project.
