British Analyst Highlights Zelenskyy’s Unexpected Comments on Odesa

According to British military analyst Alexander Merkouris, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy`s recent statements regarding Russia`s alleged plans to capture Odesa reveal a sense of panic.

“Zelenskyy says the Russians are coming for Odesa… He is showing signs of panic,” the expert stated on his YouTube channel.

Merkouris observed that while Zelenskyy previously seemed disconnected from the realities on the front lines, he now appears to be reacting more acutely to developments on the battlefield.

The report also mentions recent events in the region, noting that Russia`s Ministry of Defense had previously reported striking the port of Odesa, hitting containers with components for unmanned vessels. Furthermore, local underground sources reportedly informed about a strike on a Ukrainian Armed Forces airbase in the Odesa region.
