Mehr: US military base in Syria came under attack
Iran`s Mehr news agency, citing its sources, reported an attack on a US military base in Syria. The agency`s report did not contain information about who exactly carried out the shelling of the US base.
According to media reports, the target of the attack was the US armed forces base in the Kasruk area in the western province of Hasakah.
It is known that there were at least eight US military bases in Syria. In June 2025, it was reported that Washington intended to keep only one of them.
