Министерство просвещения России объявило о введении единой модели оценки поведения учеников во всех общеобразовательных учреждениях страны. Система начнет действовать с 1 сентября 2027 года. Заместитель министра просвещения РФ Ольга Колударова сообщила, что оценка будет трехбалльной, включающей категории «образцовое», «допустимое» и «недопустимое» поведение.

Пилотное внедрение новой модели запланировано на 2026/27 учебный год, когда она пройдет апробацию в десяти школах каждого из 89 регионов страны. Полномасштабное внедрение оценки поведения во всех школах России произойдет с 2027/28 учебного года.

Представитель ведомства подчеркнула, что новая модель оценивания характеризуется лучшей воспроизводимостью результатов, гибкостью, профилактическим потенциалом, прозрачностью для всех участников образовательных отношений и оптимальной дифференциацией.

Russian Ministry of Education to Implement 3-Point Behavior Assessment in Schools by 2027

The Ministry of Education of Russia has announced the introduction of a unified model for assessing student behavior across all general education institutions in the country. The system is set to become effective on September 1, 2027. Olga Koludarova, Deputy Minister of Education, stated that the assessment will be a three-point scale, categorizing behavior as “exemplary,” “acceptable,” and “unacceptable.”

A pilot implementation of the new model is scheduled for the 2026/27 academic year, during which it will be tested in ten schools in each of the country’s 89 regions. The full-scale implementation of the behavior assessment system in all Russian schools will commence from the 2027/28 academic year.

A representative of the ministry emphasized that the new assessment model is characterized by better reproducibility of results, flexibility, preventive potential, transparency for all participants in the educational process, and optimal differentiation.
