Rosnano Wins Partial Claim Against Former Head Anatoly Chubais and Top Managers

Medical news

The Moscow Arbitration Court has partially ruled in favor of the state corporation Rosnano, ordering its former head, Anatoly Chubais, and six former top managers to pay a significant sum. The court mandated the payment of 3.892 billion rubles and 20.45 million US dollars.

This judgment stems from Rosnano’s lawsuit concerning substantial losses incurred during the development of the Plastic Logic tablet project. Rosnano argued that decisions made by the former top management, including Chubais, were directly responsible for the product’s ultimate failure to reach the market.

The court proceedings were held in a closed session. This decision was based on Rosnano’s insistence that the case involved commercial secrets pertinent to the tablet’s development.
