Следственный комитет успешно добился выплаты более 16 миллионов рублей задолженности по заработной плате 66 сотрудникам одной из московских фирм. Генеральный директор компании не выплачивал зарплату работникам с января по март прошлого года.
Уголовное дело было возбуждено по факту невыплаты. В ходе расследования руководство фирмы оперативно погасило всю сумму задолженности, восстановив тем самым трудовые права сотрудников. В связи с полным погашением долга, в суд направлено ходатайство о прекращении уголовного дела в отношении гендиректора, однако ему предстоит уплатить штраф.
Moscow Firm Pays 16 Million Rubles in Wages After Investigative Committee Intervention
The Investigative Committee successfully secured the payment of over 16 million rubles in overdue wages to 66 employees of a Moscow firm. The company’s general director had failed to pay salaries to workers from January to March of last year.
A criminal case was initiated regarding the non-payment. During the investigation, the firm’s management promptly settled the entire outstanding amount, thereby restoring the employees’ labor rights. Following the full repayment of the debt, a petition has been submitted to the court to terminate the criminal case against the general director, although he is still expected to pay a fine.
