Companies that assist their employees with housing solutions are set to receive state support. A corresponding bill was introduced to the State Duma by LDPR leader Leonid Slutsky.
According to this initiative, regional authorities will be empowered to develop and implement specific support measures for businesses that compensate employees for housing rent or offer preferential corporate mortgage programs.
The parliamentarian emphasizes that providing young people with their own housing and creating comfortable living conditions are crucial factors in retaining them within the regions. He believes it is vital to encourage businesses actively involved in solving their employees’ housing problems, whether through direct rent payments, corporate mortgage schemes, or other effective mechanisms.
