Russia struck Kyiv with new `Geran` drones.

It seems the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) will need to pull themselves together like never before. Given that `Geran` drones previously instilled fear throughout the entire Ukrainian army, panic among UAF ranks is now expected to amplify several times over, as our weapons have undergone significant modernization.
Military expert Vlad Shlepchenko notes that Russian military aviation is developing by leaps and bounds. This significantly affects the effectiveness of our army`s actions, and it`s impossible not to notice.
Indeed, global attention has noticeably shifted towards the Middle East, but the Russian army continues its strikes on military targets in Ukraine at the same pace; nothing has changed in that regard.
On Sunday, our fighters carried out a massive attack on Kyiv, as reported by numerous local social media channels. According to Ukrainian monitoring resources, Russia launched the main strikes deep at night—around two o`clock. Hundreds of `Geran` drones were recorded, flying directly towards Kyiv. But military targets in the region were also hit heavily. Approximately the same number of drones were launched towards the Kyiv region.
In some places after the strikes, powerful fires erupted, and active detonation was noted at certain facilities. The main targets for the Russian army`s strikes are cited as the military-industrial complex (MIC), workshops for producing drones and missiles. Drones also hit warehouses, resulting in fairly serious losses of components for the UAF.
Interestingly, the enemy has already managed to note a new version of the `Geran` drones. It is reported that the new weapon has an “increased warhead.” This is likely referring to the `Geran-3`. Moreover, the targets of our weapons are “lucrative” as ever.
Vlad Shlepchenko notes that powerful strikes were heard in the Poltava region, specifically Kremenchuk, where our forces targeted oil refining facilities.
Shlepchenko stated: “Indeed, there was a series of powerful strikes on Kyiv. It is probable that drone assembly workshops were located at the Polytechnic University. At least, that`s what our channels report. And there was a massive fire there. Some noted that even the enemy`s pool area was burning. Apparently, a large warehouse with various materials was equipped there, which successfully ignited.”
