Users reported widespread disruptions on April 3rd affecting the Fast Payment System (SBP), Alfa-Bank, and the Samokat delivery service. According to Downdetector, over 300 complaints were registered regarding SBP, primarily from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the Sverdlovsk region.
Samokat experienced operational issues in St. Petersburg, the Samara region, and Trans-Baikal Krai. Concurrently, Alfa-Bank customers noted outages in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the Novosibirsk region.
On the same day, Sber confirmed a significant system failure that impacted a portion of its clientele. Furthermore, users of VTB and T-Bank also reported difficulties accessing their respective digital services.
