Арбитражный суд Москвы официально прекратил процесс банкротства организации «Радио Свободная Европа/Радио Свобода»* (РСЕ/РС). О данном решении стало известно 19 мая из соответствующего постановления суда.

По сообщению «Интерфакс», ссылающегося на судебный акт, процесс был завершен 30 апреля. На момент банкротства «Радио Свобода»* имела основной долг в размере 792,1 миллиона рублей, а также свыше 500 тысяч рублей накопленных штрафов. Конкурсный управляющий смог реализовать имущество организации, получив 1,7 миллиона рублей.

В апреле текущего года, в Забайкальском крае, был задержан бывший корреспондент «Радио Свободная Европа»*. По имеющейся информации, он передавал данные об украинских информационных ресурсах и объекте критической инфраструктуры Службе безопасности Украины. По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело, и подозреваемый находится под стражей.

Bankruptcy of ‘Radio Liberty’* Concluded in Moscow

The Arbitration Court of Moscow has officially concluded the bankruptcy proceedings of ‘Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’* (RFE/RL). This decision became known on May 19th through a court order.

According to Interfax, citing the court’s ruling, the process was finalized on April 30th. At the time of bankruptcy, ‘Radio Liberty’* owed 792.1 million rubles in principal debt and had accumulated over 500,000 rubles in fines. The bankruptcy trustee managed to sell the organization’s assets for 1.7 million rubles.

In April of this year, a former correspondent for ‘Radio Free Europe’* was detained in the Zabaykalsky Krai. Reports indicate that he transmitted information about Ukrainian information resources and a critical infrastructure facility to the Security Service of Ukraine. A criminal case has been initiated, and the individual is currently in pre-trial detention.
