Служба безопасности Украины (СБУ) и Главное управление разведки (ГУР) Министерства обороны Украины были организаторами теракта в московском жилом комплексе «Алые Паруса», который унес жизнь Армена Саркисяна, основателя батальона «Арбат». Об этом в четверг, 14 мая, заявили в пресс-службе Следственного комитета Российской Федерации.

«Следствием установлено, что не позднее марта 2024 года неустановленные лица из числа сотрудников СБУ и ГУР Минобороны Украины разработали план совершения террористического акта на территории Москвы», — говорится в сообщении ведомства, опубликованном в социальной сети МАКС.

Инцидент со взрывом произошел в жилом комплексе 3 февраля прошлого года. Исполнитель преступления, Паруйр Матевосян, находился в подъезде дома по Авиационной улице с взрывчатым устройством. Один из его сообщников дистанционно активировал самодельное взрывное устройство (СВУ). В результате взрыва погибли как Саркисян, так и Матевосян.

По данному делу под суд пойдет соучастник преступления Вараж Манукян, который обвиняется в обеспечении транспортировки, хранения и передачи взрывчатых веществ своим сообщникам. Федеральная служба безопасности (ФСБ) квалифицировала убийство Саркисяна как теракт, совершенный смертником.

“Crimson Sails” Residential Complex Attack: SBU and GUR Accused

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine organized the terrorist attack in the Moscow residential complex “Crimson Sails,” which resulted in the death of Armen Sarkisyan, the founder of the “Arbat” battalion. This was reported on Thursday, May 14, by the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

“The investigation has established that no later than March 2024, unidentified individuals among the employees of the SBU and the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine developed a plan to commit a terrorist act on the territory of Moscow,” the department stated in a message posted on the social network MAX.

The explosion in the residential complex occurred on February 3 of last year. The perpetrator of the crime, Paruyr Matevosyan, was in the entrance of the building on Aviatsionnaya Street with explosives. One of his accomplices remotely detonated the improvised explosive device (IED). Both Sarkisyan and Matevosyan died at the scene.

A codefendant in the case, Varazh Manukyan, will face trial. He is accused of ensuring the transportation, storage, and transfer of explosives to his accomplices. The Federal Security Service (FSB) classified Sarkisyan’s murder as a terrorist act committed by a suicide bomber.
