Ovchinsky elaborated that the ground floors of the building are designated for commercial spaces, including shops, pharmacies, online order pickup points, cafes, and various service businesses, enhancing the convenience for residents.

“The two-section residential complex at 22A Demyana Bednogo Street offers 246 spacious apartments with ready, upgraded finishes. The total living area exceeds 12,000 square meters. So far, 140 families have celebrated their housewarming in this new building. For the residents’ comfort, the lobbies are equipped with elevators, and there are dedicated spaces for strollers and concierge rooms. The surrounding grounds feature recreational areas, sports facilities, and playgrounds covered with safe rubber crumb surfacing,” the press service of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy quoted Ovchinsky.
