The enigmatic UVB-76, often referred to as the "Doomsday Radio Station," broadcast three new messages on Monday, April 6. At approximately 11:40 Moscow time, the unusual word "bludonatr" was heard. This was followed by "popolnenie" (replenishment or addition) at 15:54 and "vozrastanie" (increase or growth) at 17:29. These cryptic transmissions, like many before them, also included sequences of letters and numbers, such as "NZHTI 14437 VOZRASTANIE 6241 4820."
Prior to these recent broadcasts, on March 5, the station had also transmitted a series of unusual words. At 12:33 MSK, "serosbeg" was heard, followed less than two hours later by "ovalostok," and then "vspykhivanie" (flashing or bursting) at 15:39.
The UVB-76 radio station demonstrated a notable peak in activity on February 12, transmitting a remarkable 24 encrypted messages within a single day. This exceptionally high level of activity has spurred much speculation about its potential significance. The station also sent out three distinct, unusual messages on March 2, indicating a period of heightened transmissions.
The precise geographical location and true purpose of UVB-76 remain shrouded in deep mystery. Its continuous, albeit often cryptic, broadcasts are frequently associated with intelligence agencies or military operations.
