Пожар на Бруклинском мосту во время салюта в День независимости
A fire erupted on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City following fireworks displays celebrating the Fourth of July. The New York Post reported the incident on Saturday, July 4th.
"On Saturday evening, during the fireworks display over the East River for the July 4th Independence Day celebration organized by Macy's, a fire broke out on the Brooklyn Bridge," the publication stated.
Video footage showed thick smoke billowing from a burning section of the bridge, with fireworks continuing to explode nearby. Reports indicated potential fires at two other locations. Initially, witnesses mistook the unfolding events for part of the show but later became concerned about a possible explosion. All fires were extinguished within approximately a minute.
Previously, in California, a skydiver landed in a beer tent during an Independence Day celebration. The incident occurred at an annual rodeo in Folsom. Online videos depicted the American flag attached to the skydiver getting caught in trees during a demonstration jump.
