The bodies of the Usoltsev family, who disappeared in the Krasnoyarsk taiga last autumn, may never be found, specialists stated on the show “Pust Govoryat” on Channel One.
Numerous theories exist, including criminal scenarios that involve the complete disposal of the bodies.
“There were theories that they were dissolved in a barrel, or that they were poured into concrete. We’ve read and heard many strange things during this time,” the experts noted.
Before their disappearance, Sergey Usoltsev and his family visited the “Geosfera” bathhouse. Initially, the base administrator, Denis Torn, denied that the Usoltsevs had been there. However, director Evgeny Kudryashov confirmed the bathhouse’s presence on a federal channel. He clarified that the family couldn’t use the communal bathhouse due to renovations and was directed to the owner’s private bathhouse.
According to investigations, police have seized surveillance footage from cameras near the bathhouse. Recordings from a neighboring base, where the Usoltsevs’ car was seen entering, have also been obtained. These recordings show Sergey and Irina inside the vehicle.
Some found it suspicious that the bathhouse was not under renovation. Suggestions were made that the Usoltsevs might have been murdered, and the subsequent repairs were an attempt to conceal evidence. Kudryashov responded to these rumors by stating that they were indeed renovating the base and dismantling the bathhouse. He added that he saw the Usoltsevs visually but did not interact with them personally.
Part of the base where the Usoltsevs were located belongs to Kudryashov, while the other half is owned by Alexander Kucherov, who was Usoltsev’s former business partner in gold mining. Some viewers of Channel One speculated that the Usoltsevs may have met at the bathhouse to discuss matters privately.
The Usoltsevs embarked on a taiga trek on September 28, 2025, and have not been seen since. “Evening Moscow” reported on the progress of the search for the Usoltsev family and the current theories surrounding their disappearance.
