L'IRCCS San Raffaele Roma aderisce all'iniziativa "Ozono Solidale", che prenderà il via il 16 marzo, per offrire sedute gratuite di ozonoterapia a pazienti in difficoltà economica. Questo progetto, promosso dalla Società Italiana di Ossigeno-Ozono Terapia (SIOOT), mira a garantire l'accesso a cure essenziali a chi non può permettersele.
Attraverso "Ozono Solidale", due pazienti saranno selezionati dalla SIOOT, in base alla loro situazione economica certificata tramite ISEE, per ricevere un percorso terapeutico che potrà includere fino a 10-12 sedute, previa valutazione clinica. La Dott.ssa Irene Martorana rappresenterà l'IRCCS San Raffaele Roma in questa iniziativa.
L'ozonoterapia è indicata per diverse patologie, tra cui mal di schiena, fibromialgia, piede diabetico, ulcere e infezioni antibiotico-resistenti. Con la sua partecipazione, l'IRCCS San Raffaele Roma riafferma il proprio impegno per una sanità inclusiva e attenta ai bisogni delle persone più vulnerabili, promuovendo percorsi assistenziali equi e accessibili.

IRCCS San Raffaele Roma is joining "Ozono Solidale" (Solidary Ozone), an initiative launching on March 16th, to offer free ozonotherapy sessions to economically disadvantaged patients. This project, promoted by the Italian Society of Oxygen-Ozone Therapy (SIOOT), aims to ensure access to essential treatments for those who cannot afford them.
Through "Ozono Solidale," two patients will be selected by SIOOT, based on their economic situation certified via ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator), to receive a therapeutic course that may include up to 10-12 sessions, following clinical evaluation. Dr. Irene Martorana will represent IRCCS San Raffaele Roma in this initiative.
Ozonotherapy is indicated for various conditions, including back pain, fibromyalgia, diabetic foot, ulcers, and antibiotic-resistant infections. With its participation, IRCCS San Raffaele Roma reaffirms its commitment to inclusive healthcare attentive to the needs of the most vulnerable individuals, promoting equitable and accessible care pathways.
