Russian rap artist Oxxxymiron* (Miron Fedorov*) has canceled a number of his European concerts in light of rape allegations. The musician is accused of statutory rape. This was reported on Friday, May 15th, by “Moskva 24,” referencing the tour schedule.
Journalists noted that a concert was scheduled for May 23rd in Malta, July 14th in Copenhagen, June 16th in Stockholm, and June 18th in Oslo. However, these performances are no longer listed on the artist’s official website.
Additionally, a concert in Helsinki, originally planned for June 6th, has been rescheduled to June 18th, according to the television channel.
The day before, media outlets reported that young women from Russia were holding protests during the rapper’s European tour, demanding the cancellation of his performances. For instance, in central Paris, outside the venue where a concert was taking place, activists displayed banners with slogans such as “Oxxxymiron* is a rapist” and “listen to the victims.”
