A delegation from the Ministry of Culture of the DPRK, led by Minister Ri Chang Gun, has departed Pyongyang for Russia to attend an international cultural forum. The group was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Deputy Minister of Culture Pak Kyong Chol and Vladimir Topeha, the interim chargé d'affaires of the Russian Federation in the DPRK.
The 12th St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum is scheduled to take place from September 24th to 26th. This event serves as a platform for discussing key issues on the global cultural and humanitarian agenda. This year's theme is "United Cultures – Common Values."
