In the Moscow region, a drunk man fired a rifle at a passerby, hitting him in the back. The victim survived thanks to eyewitnesses.
According to investigators, on May 6th of the current year, an accused individual, while intoxicated inside a car near the entrance of a residential building in the village of Rastunovo, fired a rifle at a passerby he did not know. The victim sustained injuries to his arm and back, as reported by the department’s press service on the social media channel MAKS.
The man survived and received assistance from eyewitnesses before being hospitalized. Law enforcement detained the suspect. A criminal case has been initiated against the 62-year-old resident of the Moscow region, and he has been charged. A measure of restraint will be determined for him shortly.
