The government of the Bryansk region has been disbanded. The acting head of the region, Egor Kovalchuk, signed a corresponding decree.
“Announce the resignation of the government of the Bryansk region. The government of the Bryansk region shall continue to exercise its powers until the person elected governor of the Bryansk region takes office,” the document states.
The decree comes into effect from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication, as stated in the decree.
On May 13th, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, decided to resign of his own volition.
